March 30 Power and The End Days Church.Power and the End Days Church.
Power is something that we all have been used to living with. For electrical power to reach the out most homes we use a booster, for as the electricity flows further from its source of origin it gets weaker, the same thing happens to water pressure. This is the way of transferring power from one source to another.
Many people ask the same question over and over again, Why can't we do, or why can't we see, the power of God working in our lives, why can't we do the things that Jesus told us we can do? The answer is two fold. 1. many of the things that we are able to do are not taught in the Church, for many believe that the gifts were only for the disciples of Christ and 2. The lack of faith.
Lets read a little; “And he ordained twelve, that they should be with him, and that he might send them forth to preach, And to have power to heal sicknesses, and to cast out devils:”
The part of this verse I want to look at is this; “And to have power to heal sicknesses, and to cast out devils:” Were the disciples the only one to be ordained to act as ambassadors of Christ, or were all men given to opportunity to have these gifts? Some tried to buy these, but were rebuked and scolded, for as the Bible instructs, these gifts are free to all who desire them.
Its the power that we are lacking in these end days. As the church fades farther away from the source of power, the gifts start to fail, and the seducing spirits start getting stronger. As it was with the Children of Israel, with the miracles that God had done for them in their exodus, the same thing is happening today.
As the memory of Christ fades from the church, the church becomes weaker, and the teachings of Christ are being questioned. Many churches are seeking proof from science that the things that Christ did were possible. Is this really true, of course it is. The gifts that were free are now being ignored and the things that Christ did for us, has become a tedious task for many. They are going to church by habit instead of love.
Many deny the trinity because they don't understand it, many wonder if a virgin can have a baby, if a man can heal the sick, raise the dead, feed multitudes by asking and if there really is a resurrection. This is all part of Biblical prophecy, these things were meant to happen.
Here is your proof; “Now the Spirit speaketh expressly,(Plainly; expressly; without duplicity; without disguise or reservation of meaning; not by inference or implication.) that in the latter times(The end of Days.) some shall depart(Leave.) from the faith(Gospel.), giving heed(To mind; to regard with care; to take notice of; to attend to; to observe.) to seducing spirits(To draw aside or entice from the path of rectitude and duty in any manner, by flattery, promises, bribes or otherwise; to tempt and lead to iniquity; to corrupt; to deprave.), and doctrines of devils(a principle or position in any science; whatever is laid down as true by an instructor or master.); Speaking lies(Untruths.) in hypocrisy( simulation, or the assuming of a false appearance of virtue or religion; a deceitful show of a good character, in morals or religion; a counterfeiting of religion.) ; having their conscience(knowledge of our own actions or thought.) seared(Burnt on the surface; cauterized; hardened;) with a hot iron;”
“Jesus answered and said unto them, Ye do err, not knowing the scriptures, nor the power of God.” We must know the power of God, being His children. The power of God flowed threw Christ, and it must flow threw us. These seducing spirits have a hold on many in these end days, causing some to forget the power that was given to them from the time of their salvation. The Baptism of the Holy Ghost gave us this power, without limit, only to those that would accept it. The power we have, comes from God, but as the Church seeks out an easer way of doing things, the power becomes weaker, getting away from the Lords teachings causes this. There is no booster or an extra power adapter that can help us.
If we choose to get away from the source of this power, we do it on our own free will. As the church becomes weaker, the spirits of anti-Christ, starts taking control of the minds of men, and many different doctrines come about. No one is saved just because they were born into a religious family, this is a lie and a misconception. The Bible expressly states that a man must repent of his sins and accept Jesus Christ as the Son of God, without this confession and repentance, there can be no salvation, the power is absent.
Do they not understand the teachings of Christ, or are they ignoring them? “But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach; That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.”
Man has begun getting away from the power source, these false doctrines put many into a dire situation. Why are men questioning God, why are men denying Gods word, why, O why, are many falling away? Many have received the power, but as with electricity and water, we can turn off the lights and not use the water, this is why many are sitting in the dark and have nothing to drink. Jesus paid all the cost for this power and we are turning away from it and turning to false doctrines and lies, prophecy is being fulfilled. Just a thought. Ars.
1Ti 4:1-3 Act 1:8 Mar 3:14-15 Mat 22:29 Rom 10:8-10 Webster,TSK.
March 23 What I have done. What I have done. The Bible tells us that Jesus is the door, and no man enters except threw, and by Him. He is the one that opens the door and who then shuts the Door, Christ. When the door is shut, what manner of man can open it? No one can, for only Jesus has the power to open a shut door.
We are not saved by our works but only by grace, threw faith. What I have done cannot open a shut door. Many enjoy a good Christian singer, sometimes they bring about inspiration and sometimes, even bring about tears to those that hear. When the singing is done, there are some that will come up to this singer and tell him how wonderful they are, how beautiful they sing, and how they inspire all who listen. There is no problem with this unless the singer gives the incorrect response.
Their response should not be, yes, look what I have done, look how wonderful I am, look at how I inspire and bring tears to the audience. The answer should be, yes the Lord is good, He is the one who inspires men threw the gift He has given me, and the Holy Spirit surly did bring tears to the audience. I have never done anything that the Lord didn't ordain.
Lets read and understand these scriptures.
And he spake a parable unto them, saying, “The ground of a certain rich man brought forth plentifully: And he thought within himself, saying, What shall I do, because I have no room where to bestow “my fruits”? And he said, This will I do: I will pull down my barns, and build greater; and there will I bestow all my fruits and my goods. And I will say to my soul, Soul, thou hast much goods laid up for many years; take thine ease, eat, drink, and be merry. But God said unto him, Thou fool, this night thy soul shall be required of thee: then whose shall those things be, which thou hast provided?”
Also; “How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations! For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High. Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit.”
The man that says,”I am”; has forgotten that at one time was, “Nothing.” I have done nothing, that wasn't already ordained by God. I am a fine preacher, because of the Lord, I am a fine singer, because of the Lord, I have plenty because of the Lord, I am, what I am, by the grace of God. We are the creation of the Lord, we are His possession and are subject to His will.
Wars will come and go, fighting, famine, petulance, and conflicts are inevitable, but all in all, God is in control. Man brings these things upon himself because of unrighteousness and sin, both being the same. Many say,”Why does God allow killing and war? Why did God allow the Israelites to kill hundreds of thousands in the Davinich wars? “Why?”
Those that ask these questions have not, and do not, understand who God is. They are in need of understanding and wisdom. God is who He is. He created all things visible and unvisitable, He needs no one to exist, no one to council Him and no one to question His authority. We belong to the Lord. Those that were killed in these wars, were those that were unrighteous and unwilling to accept God as Lord of all. They were not acceptable to rules or restrictions, that believing in God brings. Thou shalt not steal, thou shall not co mitt adultery, thou shall not.
They were living as “I will”.
In the end of days many shall come to God and say,”Look what I have done, I have preached in your name, I have sung to your Glory and I have cast out demons by the Name of your Son Jesus, I have earned, and bought plenty of oil for my lamp, I am ready, I am good, I am here.”
And the door will be shut. Why, you have oil and have done many works for Christ and the Father, why can I not enter? Because of, “I”. “Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them. Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.”
Its the “I” factor, the fruits that many are bringing forth, in the name of the Lord, are moth eaten, cankered, and rotten. They were manifested by “I” and not by faith. Faith without works are dead, being alone, not sustained by eatable fruit, not being planted by the word of God, not being in a garden that was filled by the soil of faith and watered by the spirit. Just a thought. Ars.

March 17 Whosoever therefore Resisteth the Power.
Sin is a wheel that starts, at the center with unbelief. If you look at a wheel, you will always see a center, no matter what type of wheel you are looking at. As this wheel of sin, expands out, we can see on all sides, lifestyles that all are interconnected to the center. On one side, adultery, on the other, lies, on the other we see homosexuality and so on and so on. At the ends of these spokes we see sharp barbs that cut and tear at the very fabric of humanity. Each of these sins kill and rip each person apart until there is nothing left, and all because of unbelief.
Why is sin so prevalent in a world created by God, for His good pleasure? Because men have resisted the powers that are. Lets read and understand. “Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.” A man that preaches the Gospel, must be ordained by God and not as many say, that are confused, ordained by man.
Men can ordain a minister, but unless that man was called by God to deliver the message, that ordination will not be fruitful, nor multiply. Not to be misunderstood, there are many in this world that have great followings, but there is no power without Gods presents. For God is the Power, Jesus is the Sacrifice and the Holy Spirit is the Teacher. For even the Bible states that Satan can appear as an angel of light.
“Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation.” When a man is told the truth and he resists the power behind it, this is a matter of grave importance, for each and every minister of God, has been given power, as it is written of Gods ministers; “But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil.”
By resisting the minister, you have resisted the Power behind the minister. God is all in all, sees all, knows all, and is either a rewarder or a revenger to those that believe or resist. When a minister says that a couple is committing adultery, a thief, a lier, a whoremonger and effeminate, he is saying truths, not from himself, but from God. And where is God in all of this, Hes in the word that the minister reads from. When a minister pronounces and delivers what sin is, it is not his evaluation but the word of God.
For we have all sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. Even the ordained ministers of God, had to repent of their sins and be saved. We all have a past that, at times, comes back to haunt us, but those that are saved, God does not remember their past sins. These forgiven sins are a help, when it comes to warning others of what not to do. We can use our past, not as an antagonism but rather a teaching tool. When a minister says that there will be no adulterers, lairs, homosexuals, thieves or any other sins that will inter into the kingdom of Heaven, he knows that many of these things were at once in his life and can tell what these sins did to destroy him.
Paul states of this; “Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.” So if a man says that he has no sin, he has lied, if a man says that he has never sinned, he has called God a lier.
“For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same: For he is the minister of God to thee for good.”
“kick against the pricks.” prick; To spur; to goad; to incite, To affect with sharp pain; to sting with remorse.
“And when we were all fallen to the earth, I heard a voice speaking unto me, and saying in the Hebrew tongue, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me? it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks. And I said, Who art thou, Lord? And he said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest.”
Many a minister in todays world are hated and despised because of their testimony of Christ and the word of God. Many are even hated by their own families. Jesus stated that it is hard to kick against the truth(pricks), even thou one might believe that they are doing God service, even thou one may believe that he has no sin or is righteous in his own way. Many hate and despise the ministers because they tell what the Lord says instead of telling them what they want to hear. A minister of God is and will continue to be held accountable for his delivery of the message of God. We cannot alter the truth in any manner, even if it hurts(pricks) our own family. The truth shall set you free, but a lie will cause a man to enter into eternal damnation.
“Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation.”
Ordinance; A rule established by authority; a permanent rule of action. An ordinance may be a law or statute of sovereign power. In this sense it is often used in the Scriptures. Exo 15. Num 10. Ezra 3.
We having the spirit and mind of Christ, we speak as He spoke, taught as He taught and condemned sin in the flesh, as He also condemned sin. “We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak;” Just a thought. Ars. Rom 13:1-4 Eph 2:3 Act 26:14-15 2Co 4:13 Webster,TSK March 09 A Son.
A man has a son, from the womb of the mother. He has great expectations for him. He and his mother try to give, to him, better than they had, the best education, clothing, food, comfort and love. When this son reaches adult hood, he has the right to choose weather to live a life according to his teaching or to choose to go his own way. Many times in this day we live in, many a son chooses to go into the world with his eyes closed to all the hardness that this world is made of. He chooses the wrong path, and takes the teachings and advantages that was given to him from his parents, and throws them to the wind. The parents are then heart broken and at a loss for words at the way their son has changed.
Sanctify; To cleanse from corruption; to purify from sin; to make holy be detaching the affections from the world and its defilements, and exalting them to a supreme love to God.
“Sanctify them through thy truth; thy word is truth.” As this world goes, also goes many children. Many children cannot be sanctified by their parents, for this generation, as many before, will not listen to the truth. Sanctification comes only threw the adherence to the truth, of the state of the world, the state of the person, and the state of the gospels being preached. What then is the problem with the children? The lack of teaching, from the parents, the schools, and the principles and foundations of the government.
Lawlessness abounds in this time we live in, many a law and propositions are being introduced in this land of opportunity, and most are unrighteous and hateful. Gods desire for all men is to have them come into the knowledge of the truth and be saved.
“As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one: There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God. They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, no, not one. Their throat is an open sepulchre; with their tongues they have used deceit; the poison of asps is under their lips:”
There are many reasons for sons, and daughters, for exchanging their rightful teachings and going after the pride of the eyes and the pride of life. Many things come to children after they leave their parents house. If a son is never taught the truth of God and His Christ, he must learn from another source, but this simply adds to their confusion and many reject the truth because of the pressures that this life exerts upon them. Many blame someone else, but where does the blame actually start?
Lets look here; “Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.” “Which we have heard and known, and our fathers have told us. We will not hide them from their children, shewing to the generation to come the praises of the LORD, and his strength, and his wonderful works that he hath done. For he established a testimony in Jacob, and appointed a law in Israel, which he commanded our fathers, that they should make them known to their children: And might not be as their fathers, a stubborn and rebellious generation; a generation that set not their heart aright, and whose spirit was not stedfast with God.”
The gospel is not being taught to this generation, and was not taught to past generations. The reason for so much violence, drug abuse, street gangs, and a total disrespect for the law comes from the hiding of the gospel. Parents in the past and even into this generation, find that science is better at teaching the sons rather than themselves. When we look at the governments creating unrighteous laws and the schools teach evolutions rather than creation, the only place that a child can know the truth, is if the parents pass down the truth of the gospel to them.
The preaching of the gospel starts at the home, with conversations between parent and child. But there has been a great breaking of the teaching of the truth, generation after generation. Man has lost his fear of God and there is no truth in them. They teach their children of wealth and prosperity, worldly gain and intelligence as a way of being, what they call, a success. Worldly gain is not Godly gain. This teaching should have been taught along with the gospel.
As the word states; we live in and with, “a stubborn and rebellious generation; a generation that set not their heart aright, and whose spirit was not stedfast with God.” Have you not seen, children wearing the symbol of the cross around their necks, going about in sin, murdering, selling dope, robing and causing much violence? I have and its quite disheartening and sad, for they wear the symbol of Christ and do not know Him, for their mouth is full of cursing and bitterness: Their feet are swift to shed blood: Destruction and misery are in their ways: And the way of peace have they not known: There is no fear of God before their eyes.” Their feet are swift to shed blood, all because they were not loved as a child.
Does this mean that the parents are accountable for their sins? By no means, but it does mean that, this son could have been spared the misery and defamation, if they had been brought up with a fear of the Lord. When a son grows up, he has the responsibility to make his own decisions. As my own sons grew up, I taught them right from wrong, the rights of other people to own what they had, and taught them the truth of the gospel. They knew about, God, Jesus, the Holy ghost and the way that God expected them to live. After they became self sufficient, their decisions were ones that they had to live with.
For generation after generation of my own family, the gospel has been taught, we all knew from our parents, parents, and as far back as anyone knew, this was and still is acceptable with God. As it is written; “That the generation to come might know them, even the children which should be born; who should arise and declare them to their children: That they might set their hope in God, and not forget the works of God, but keep his commandments:” Generations of sons, sons, have together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, no, not one.

Rom 3:10-18 Pro 22:6 Pa 78:3-8 Webster,TSK March 01 Salvation is of the Jews.“Ye worship ye know not what: we know what we worship: for salvation is of the Jews.”
There are many in this world that have called for the destruction of the Jews, its Nation and peoples. We know by Biblical accounts that The Land and People of Israel, are Gods chosen people. So then the question is, why are they rejected at this time and why are the gentile people now a people again chosen by God to be included in the saving grace?
The Children of Israel had a direct connection to God, for He attempted to talk to them directly. “And all the people saw the thunderings, and the lightnings, and the noise of the trumpet, and the mountain smoking: and when the people saw it, they removed, and stood afar off. And they said unto Moses, Speak thou with us, and we will hear: but let not God speak with us, lest we die.”
In the beginning, those that worshiped the Lord, worshiped Him, not in spirit but in sacrifices and the traditions that were handed down by the elders. God established a series of laws and statutes to help the people live a life of righteousness. So then, why were the Jews put aside, temporally, and the gentiles accepted into the system of salvation.
The biggest reason is that, as time went by, God had not received joy or glory from the animal sacrifices. The people, as time went by, forgot what God had done for them and their sacrifices became a regiment of duty instead of a labor of love. As it has become today, much worship has become a habit and not the labor of love it was intended to be.
We can prove this by the words of Christ. “Ye hypocrites, well did Esaias prophesy of you, saying, This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me. But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men. And he called the multitude, and said unto them, Hear, and understand: Not that which goeth into the mouth defileth a man; but that which cometh out of the mouth, this defileth a man.”
The house of Israel started to worship God as stated; “This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me.” God desired His people to worship Him with their heart, but they, as many today, started to practice religion instead of worship.
The judgment of men started with the judgment concerning works with Adam and Eve, and continued on. The works of the gentiles, were not based on the worship of God but of love of neighbor. We see this here that the gentiles, as time progressed, desired to worship the God of Israel but had no ties with Him, they were unknowingly worshiping devils. “But I say, that the things which the Gentiles sacrifice, they sacrifice to devils, and not to God: and I would not that ye should have fellowship with devils.”
Because of the hardheartedness of the hearts of the children of Israel, God grafted them out of the natural branch of salvation. Because of the great desire of the gentiles to worship, they were grafted in, where the Jews were grafted out. Even so, God did not want the gentile race to fall into the same snare, that caused the fall of the Jews, so, in His infinite wisdom, sent Jesus to the Jews first and then to the gentiles with a new testament, to remove the barrier of sacrifice and ritual.
“But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. “
We, as gentiles, are not a people that take the usage of rituals seriously, but we are a people of true spirit. We desire not to wear robes or crowns, but a simple people with lots of heart and a natural curiosity about God. When the vail of the temple was rent(torn) from top to bottom, this open up salvation to all men, removing the barriers of the past and all things became new. Salvation is still of the Jews but we all are now covered by the saving grace of God. Ars.
