May 28 Invitation Over the years I have compiled many lessons and studies on the scriptures. Please visit these; http://arsmithministriesinternational.synthasite.com/ http://revelations.synthasite.com/ Rev.A.R.Smith May 27 Men and The Bible. pt.3.Men and The Bible. pt.3. Mens responsiability to God.
In todays world we see many that do not believe in God nor His Son Jesus. The Bible is clear on future prophecy stating, that many shall fall away, forget the Lord, and even dening the one that sent them. Many will kill in the name of God, of whom they do not even know.
Mens responsiability to God. "And to love him with all the heart, and with all the understanding, and with all the soul, and with all the strength, and to love his neighbour as himself, is more than all whole burnt offerings and sacrifices." "And when Jesus saw that he answered discreetly, he said unto him, Thou art not far from the kingdom of God."
To love God is to love and obey His word. Many men today that profess the Lord Jesus as their Saviour, have erred from the truth of scripture. We, as Godly men, must respect the words that came from commandment. We are to respect our wives, children, and parents, doing nothing that would bring reproach to the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We are still in this body of flesh, therefore we are still prone to make mistakes, do things, say things, and think things that are contrary to sound judgment.
We cannot fault a fellow servant of Christ just because he is blessed by God with more than what we ourselves have. For as it is written; "I will bless whom I will bless and curse whom I will curse." When a brother is blessed by God we are to rejoice with him that the Lord found him worthy of that blessing and when a brother is in need we pray with him and if able, we share with him what the Lord has blessed us with. If a brother is sad and weeping we weep also and incourage.
Mens responsiability not to enter into self condemnation. "There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit." We are not to enter into self condemnation but rather remember from where we have fallen and repent. If we live according to the commandments of God and His Christ, we will be well suted for a life of Holiness and respectiability among a world of hate and desperation. We will not forget the delieverance that the death and resurection of our Lord.
Mens responsiability to Incourage. As each day goes by, our families look to us for nurishment and daily needs, and when these needs are not met, we may see heartach in our family members. This is where the responsiability of a man begins. He consolls them with the words of God, not stating things that are outside the will of God, but rather to repete Gods own words. "Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness."
Mens responsiability to leave troubles in Gods hands. "Behold, all they that were incensed against thee shall be ashamed and confounded: they shall be as nothing; and they that strive with thee shall perish. Thou shalt seek them, and shalt not find them, even them that contended with thee: they that war against thee shall be as nothing, and as a thing of nought. For I the LORD thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not; I will help thee. When the poor and needy seek water, and there is none, and their tongue faileth for thirst, I the LORD will hear them, I the God of Israel will not forsake them."
Mens responsiability to believe and overcome. "Whosoever believeth that Jesus is the Christ is born of God: and every one that loveth him that begat loveth him also that is begotten of him. By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God, and keep his commandments. For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous. For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith. Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God? This is he that came by water and blood, even Jesus Christ; not by water only, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit that beareth witness, because the Spirit is truth."
When a man believes, in all, the word of God, he has set himself upon a solid rock of wisdom, knowledge and understanding, not only of the word of God but also a knowledge of why things happen in this world. We have a responsiability to God to testify of the truth, no matter what consequences he may face. We are just human and we all will die at a time appointed. Should we worry about what men may say, or do to us, or should we follow after the heart of God. ars Webster,TSK
1Jn 5:1-6 Mar 12:33-34 Rom 8:1 Isa 41:10-17 May 22 Men and The Bible. pt.2.Men and The Bible. pt.2. Their Responsibility to his Wife.
If the men of today would read and understand the scriptures, we would see less spousial abuse, for a woman was not put into this life to be beat upon or abused, this action constitutes sin.
Let us read a little and understand the importance of a wife among men.
"And said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh?" The main reason many leave home is for the addition of a wife. A wife indicates a completeness within a mans life. He is otherwise alone within himself. This is not to say that a man should not marry, even thou the Apostiel Paul remained so. We see the only reasons that a man should remain unmarried from Jesus.
"His disciples say unto him, If the case of the man be so with his wife, it is not good to marry. But he said unto them, All men cannot receive this saying, save they to whom it is given. For there are some eunuchs, which were so born from their mother's womb:(Unable to have sexual relationship with a woman.) and there are some eunuchs, which were made eunuchs of men:(Done without consent, or for other reasons.)(The Egyptian Pharoes used this many times for their male servants.) and there be eunuchs, which have made themselves eunuchs for the kingdom of heaven's sake.(These chose selabiecy, to serve the Lord fully.) He that is able to receive it, let him receive it."
The last verse states that if a man would fit into any of these catigories, he is able to become selabiate, but if not, it is good and proper to marry.
These statments from the Lord, along with others negates, or disallows homosexual bonds. There is no instance in scripoture that God allows the same sexs to marry. For as it is stated, these are an abomination.
"Now concerning the things whereof ye wrote unto me: It is good for a man not to touch a woman. Nevertheless, to avoid fornication, let every man have his own wife, and let every woman have her own husband."
As Paul stated here, a man who is not, nor will become, a unich, should marry to prevent him from comitting fornication, which is; Looseness; irregular indulgence of animal desires; wantonness; lustfulness. (Who, being past feeling(Not careing.), have given themselves over to lasciviousness. Eph 4.) Tendency to excite lust, and promote irregular indulgences.
This is why there is homosexuality in the world, not only today but for thousands of years. So you can start seeing the reason for a man to find and keep a good wife, for the Bible states that a man that finds a wife, finds a good thing.
Due Benevolence. "Let the husband render unto the wife due benevolence: and likewise also the wife unto the husband. The wife hath not power of her own body, but the husband: and likewise also the husband hath not power of his own body, but the wife." J.F.B. states of these verses; (Quote.) 1Co 7:3-4 The duty of cohabitation on the part of the married. due benevolence — The oldest manuscripts read simply, “her due”; that is, the conjugal cohabitation due by the marriage contract. (compare 1Co_7:4).
1Co 7:4 A paradox. She hath not power over her body, and yet it is her own. The oneness of body in which marriage places husband and wife explains this. The one complements the other. Neither without the other realizes the perfect ideal of man.(End Quote.)
A mans wife earns his respect, and honour. We are to give due rights to her, as Christ gives due benevolance(Rights.) to His forth coming wife;(I.E.The Church). With respect, honour and full rights under the marriage, a mans life is blessed. This is not to say that a wife has the authority, or can have any athority, over a man, for this is sin, but she shares responsiability with the husband and for the family unit. A Husband must control his own house, for without control, a man is in a state of shame, and sin. For as it is written, If a man knows not how to control his own house, how can he control the House of God.
Sex in a marriage. Two Reasons. 1. "Defraud ye not one the other, except it be with consent for a time, that ye may give yourselves to fasting and prayer; and come together again, that Satan tempt you not for your incontinency."
This not being a commandment but a suggestion, a very good one. "But I speak this by permission, and not of commandment."
2. Bringing forth Children. "Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee."
Remember one thing, a healthy sexual life between a man and his wife is good, but it does not make a marriage.
Divorce. "But I say unto you, That whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery."

Mat 19:5 Mat 5:32 Mat 19:10-12 1Co 7:1-2 1Co 7:3-4 1Co 7:5-6 Gen 3:16 Webster,TSK May 08 Ye Believe in God.Ye Believe in God!
Faith. Belief; the assent of the mind to the truth of what is declared by another, resting on his authority and veracity, without other evidence; the judgment that what another states or testifies is the truth. We, who believe in God, have no need of physical proof, for His Spirit dwells within us. We see things that others can not see, hear things that others can not hear, and speak things that can only come from the Holy Spirit of God. Jesus stated; "Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me." You cannot believe in God without believing in His Christ. For God has declared that Jesus is His only begotten Son, and who has the power to deni Gods will? Who can separate one from the other?
Many have waited for a Messiah for years, seeking the one who will lead all mankind into peace and prosperity. There are also many that deni the very existence of God, or say that God accepts unrighteous acts, and still others believe that, if they believe in Jesus as being the Son of God, they can live any life style they desire.
These are not only the foolish heart-ed, but also the enemies of the Cross, as stated by Paul. "Nevertheless, whereto we have already attained, let us walk by the same rule, let us mind the same thing. Brethren, be followers together of me, and mark them which walk so as ye have us for an ensample. (For many walk, of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ: Whose end is destruction, whose God is their belly, and whose glory is in their shame, who mind earthly things.)"
"whose God is their belly", In scripture, belly is used for the heart. Carnal lusts, sensual pleasure. We know by the Spirit that, it is not what goes into the mouth that defiles the man, but that which proceeds's out of the mouth. For out of the desires of the heart the mouth speaks. Many say they believe in God and His Christ, but refuse to follow Christ as an example. They refuse to believe in His word, therefore they do not believe in God.
We have two simple commandments to follow; 1."let us walk by the same rule", 2. "let us mind the same thing."
Rule; To govern the movements of things; to conduct; to manage; to control. That God rules the world he has created, is a fundamental article of belief. To manage; to conduct, in almost any manner. These rules are set by God, as to the conduct and affairs of the Church and the Body of Christ.
"the same thing." "I will tell you by what authority I do these things."
Thing; An event or action; that which happens or falls out, or that which is done, told or proposed. This is the general signification of the word in the Scriptures; as after these things, that is, events. The rules of conduct haven't changed, but mankind seek change. Change that allows many to break commandments, or to change these rules to suite their agenda.
"let us walk by the same rule", In the Book of Acts, the Apostle Paul, by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, dictates to all churches, these rules of conduct. He tells us who is called to minister, how to minister, and what to minister. We are instructed on the differences of administrations and the qualifications of each high position. A minister once told me that, I stressed thew rules of conduct to much, and the Love of God too little, but what he failed to realize is that, without obeying the rules set down by the Lord, we have no love of God. He also failed to realize that, without these rules of conduct, we have no church and no salvation threw Jesus Christ, who is the Head of the Church. The reason that he objected of my stress on these rules is that, he was committing adultery with another mans wife.
"Let us Mind the Same Thing." There is only true God, one true Messiah, and one true Gospel. We are instructed by this Gospel and our faith is imbedded within its passages.
"But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived." Men today that do not follow righteous rules of conduct are deceiving the unlearned and unprepared, and being deceived themselves, not knowing God nor Christ. Without following the teachings of Christ many have fallen away from the truth and have lost their first love. We cannot be a partaker with the world and its unrighteousness and be followers of Christ.
"But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them; And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus." Do we not all read the same scriptures, do we not all have the same things in mind, do we not all understand our place in the Church of the Firstborn, do we not all serve the same God? Didn't Christ die for all, and give us an example of a lifestyle that was pleasing to God, did He not teach us correctly?
We know that we have assurance of the truth of the Gospel. We have a more sure word of prophecy, we know more, we see more, and we understand more, than any other generation in history.
For as it is written; 1."All scripture is given by inspiration of God", and 2. "is profitable for doctrine", 3. "for reproof," 4. "for correction," and 5. "for instruction in righteousness:" That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works."
Just remember what Jesus stated; "Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me."
ars Webster,TSK Joh 14:1 Php 3:16-19 Prov 18:8. 20.30.John 7:38. Rom 16:18. Phil 3:19. The whole man. Titus 1:12. Mat 21, 2Ti 3:13-17 May 06 Men and The Bible. pt.1.Men and The Bible. pt.1. Their Responsibility to Children.
"Be ye followers of me, even as I also am of Christ. Now I praise you, brethren, that ye remember me in all things, and keep the ordinances, as I delivered them to you. But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God."
Ordinances; A rule established by authority(God.); a permanent rule of action.(Commandment.)
The rules concerning man are clearly stated in Scripture. Man has a responsibility to God, Christ, and Family, in that order. We see today that the regulations concerning a mans responsibility to each, falling short of the statutes and ordnances of God.
Here are three main causes of discord in a mans life. 1.Homosexuality is the most prevalent. 2.Spousal abuse is the next. 3.Child rearing incorrectly.
Number 1 and 3 are interconnected. A mans responsibility to his family ranges from support, to the teaching of Godly lifestyles, for if a man doesn't raise his children well, they will enter into life with no knowledge of right and wrong, righteousness nor unrighteousness.
Lets take a look at this subject from the word of God. "Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it." Many men today believe that it is the soul responsibility of his wife to raise the children. This is not the commandment of God. A man has many responsibilities to the rearing of his children. When a man follows the dictates of the Father, he teaches his children the ways of the Lord. Many today have neglected this responsibility, and their children have become involved in street gangs, drug use, and homosexuality. If a man loves his children, he will start teaching them the ways of righteousness at the time of birth until the time they leave his house.
We can not just look at the short time that a child is with us, but rather at the long term effects of our teachings. If a child is told that he is ugly or useless, from the time he is born until the time he leaves, he will start believing this and not try to find his own place in society. But if a child is encouraged by the father, taught the ways of the Lord, and given a chance at life, he will remain in the sight of God and His promises. Without hope there is no future, but with hope in Christ all things are possible, and open to the child many possibilities.
"Honour thy father and mother; (which is the first commandment with promise;) That it may be well with thee, and thou mayest live long on the earth. And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord."
"Provoke not your children to wrath." Provoke; To make angry; to offend; to incense; to enrage. Stated here, we see that many at the time of this commandment, and continuing today, were having their children being angry at the fathers because of contrary teachings, and possibly abuse. A child is not a mule, nor slave, that we can just order around at every whim we may have. But a child is a blessing from the Lord. We cannot just work a child, but we must work, with a child.
The reason that many children today are rebellious and even killing their fathers and mothers, is because of their teachings. This is stated in Biblical prophecies of the end days. "And a man's foes shall be they of his own household."
"For the son dishonoureth the father, the daughter riseth up against her mother, the daughter in law against her mother in law; a man's enemies are the men of his own house." For a man to be included in this prophecy, is for that man to ignore the rearing of his children. Not teaching them the ways of God, and for the absence of correction. A woman(wife.) can correct her children, but the fear of her is absent from them, but when a man corrects his children they take a second look at what they have done and abstain from it. For as it is written; "Spare the rod and spoil the child."
A man should not install fear into his children, but rather install a level of respect. The Bible states;""Honour thy father and mother; (which is the first commandment with promise;)" If a man obeys this commandment to his own parents, and teaches it to his children, all will go well for that man and his children's children. What does the word honour mean?(Speaking of this Commandment.) Do not do anything that would bring shame upon the parents. This commandment is being broken each and every day, but those of the house of the Lord, keep this commandment, and not only honour their father and mother, but they honour the Lord.
Read and understand; "That the generation to come might know them, even the children which should be born; who should arise and declare them to their children: That they might set their hope in God, and not forget the works of God, but keep his commandments:."
"And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might. And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart: And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up."

1Co 11:1-3 Deu 6:5-7 Psa 78:6-7 Eph 6:2-4 Pro 22:6 Mat 10:36 Mic 7:6 TSK Webster. While the World is on Fire, Part 2.While
the World is on Fire, Part two. Luke19:49-19:46
This world is a tender box, of political, industrial and religious, differences. What is making the world that we call home ,so violent? Religion is the biggest fuel to the coming fire than any other source. More people are dieing today in the name of religion than at any other time in history. Suicide bombers, arsonist and snipers, to kill Mame and destroy. All this in the name of religion. These are some of the causes, now here is the effect, in our coming future, what will you be doing while The world is on Fire?
Luke 19:49, Jesus said, I am come to send fire on the earth, and what will I, if it already be kindled? Theres a fire coming and you may be part of it. The Lord of that servant will come in a day when he looketh not for him, an at an hour when he is not aware, and will cut him assunder, and will appoint him his portion with the unbelievers. Luke 19:46. Can you afford to set back and think that every thing will be O.K., that you'll be alright, Cant you smell the smoke before the fire? Are you going to be among them that don't believe are you in that number that Jesus talked about are you the lost one that hes still looking for to save, well are you?
Ask yourself, will I be setting around ,lost, when Jesus breaks the eastern sky and takes his children Home, will you say, Jesus, I never had the time to pray. The Bible states that you will, cry out to the rocks and mountains to fall on you to hide you from the face of the Lamb and from the wrath of God. Look at Revelations 16:8, And the fourth angel poured out his vial upon the sun, and power was given unto him to scorch men with fire, and men were scorched with great heat... It doesn't say heat, it says, GREAT HEAT. This is part of the beginning of righteous Judgments of God upon the wicked and evil men upon the earth. Can you hide, can you run, can you survive?
This is not a question to answer, but to avoid. Today its pretty outside, blue sky, gentile brease, the blue jays and blue birds are eating of the feed that Ive left out for them . The sweet songs of the season are all around, Ive put my babies to bed and life is good, the world is at peace. Whats that noise? This is what people will say the day the earth catches fire, this is the time of great deception, when Satan will tell the world that every thing is fine.
One moment you'll be basking in the peace of a cool fall or summer day and then, fire and smoke, mingled with blood surrounds you. Rev 16:15, Behold, I come as a thief.... Screaming, wailing and gnashing of teeth. You look around and huddle with fear, not caring any more for the money you used to take so highly, or the home,in flames, that you worked on Sundays not listening to the songs coming from the church, just down the street, the beautiful trees you planted all now ablaze going up with your home.
Knowing in your heart, the position with the church as a deacon, that you held with growing pride, was just a lie, something to make you look good, knowing that you were just fooling yourself, its all over in a heartbeat. Then you think, Ill run to the sea, it will be safe there, theres nothing there to burn, the water will cool my blisters that cover my flesh, thats what Ill do.
Revelations 16:3. And the second angel poured out his vial upon the sea, and it became as the blood of a dead man, and every living soul died in the sea. What then, where will you run, the mountains and islands are moved out of their place the grass is even on fire and the sea has turned to blood, what now, where to go, God help us all. You say, why are you telling us these things, why cant you say things that are nice to here? Look at Jude 22 and 23. And of some have compassion, making a difference, and others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire, hateing even the garment spotted by the flesh. Pulling them out of the fire, pulling you, out of the fire, thats our goal.
Were coming down to the wire, You are just a heart beat away from judgment. Don't wait to be put into the hands of the Living God, bent upon wrath and judgment. Don't let today slip away and here again the question, What will you be doing, While The World is on Fire. A.R.S. While the World is on Fire. pt1While the World is on Fire
Revelation 8:8-8:9 What will you be doing? How many people have asked the question, what will you be doing at the end of the world? When I was a child,in the hills of Kentucky, I always asked my self this same question every night before I went to sleep. I remembered the preachers sermon, the Hell fire and brimstone was still in my mind.
I would take my time after everyone went to sleep and look out the window at the sky above. For a little kid I thought that everything was so large and big. I looked at the sky and told myself, The world was a clear blue sky with puffy white clouds when it ended. I didn't know much about scripture then, so I didn't Know that, when the world ended it would be on fire. Children are so innocent and trusting, I guess that the reason Jesus said that we had to become as a child to enter into the Kingdom of Heaven.
Is there really an end of time? Is the Bible really true, is there really a devil or a God, what about a judgment? What do you tell them? This is what I answer,What will you be doing while the world is on fire? Part 1. Lets look at the Book of Revelations for a moment, some say its, the revelation of John, but its actually the revelation to John from Jesus by Gods Angel Rev1:1. Rev 8:7, The first angel sounded, and there followed hail and fire mingled with blood, and they were cast upon the earth, and the third part of trees was burnt up, and all green grass was burnt up.
Now some parts of the scripture use the allegory of trees and grass to signify men, but not here, remember that. When this takes place, What will you be doing? Going to the nearest church to ask God to forgive you, running to the fire station, crying out that your house is on fire, Screaming that you cant find your Baby, or children or maby a husband or wife who were a Christian, running to the fall out shelter? What will you be doing while the world is on fire? Will you be falling on your knees asking Jesus to help you or will you curse the God of Heaven, for the plague that has just hit the earth? Ill tell you.
All the above, and more. The pain the smoke the agony, screaming to find refuge a place to run and hide, searching for family and friends, a terrible time a time you wished you had avoided. God is supreme, Hes the everlasting to everlasting, The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, our God. There is a savior, there is a redeemer, there is a deliver. There is Jesus Christ, the Son of God. Is Hell real?, you can bet your soul, there is.
There was a man dieing, that my family knew real well, he had not been the type of person that most people would want around them. A drunkard, a beater of women, user of every foul language, his marriage ended in divorce, his own son didn't want anything to do with him. He had been minister to many times, he had heard the word preached and still he refused the calling of the Holy ghost to repent. On his death bed, my brother in law was speaking to him about Jesus and just before he died he said, Ive had my chance, Ive turned Jesus down one too many times.
I can feel the heat on my feet, My legs are on fire. And just as he took his last breath he screamed, I can see Hell. and he died. What will you be doing while the world is on fire? Revelations 8:9, And the second angel sounded, and as it were a great mountain burning with fire was cast into the sea,and the third part of the sea became blood. 8:9 ,And the third part of the creatures which were in the sea and had life, died, and a third part of the ships were destroyed. Where are you going to run, where are you going to hide?Where is there, a place of safety or a shelter from an angry God?
The United States has the greatest Navy in the world, second to none, they are going to be destroyed, in a heart beat, in a flash of fire. Gone. Blood shall fill the ocean, fish and men will die, their great battle cruisers, air craft carriers, submarines, will be destroyed, blood and fire mingled with smoke, where will you be? You say, it cant happen, it a fairy tail. Look at history, look at Psalms, 78:43, How He had wrought His signs in Egypt, and His wonders in the field of Zoan. And had turned their rivers, into blood, and their floods, that they could not drink.
78:49, He cast upon them the fierceness of His anger, wrath, and indignation, and trouble, by sending them evil angels among them. Don't say that it wont happen ,don't say that it cant happen, say when. These are all part of the trumpet judgments in Revelations, this action takes place after the rapture, the church wont be here. And if you think that the Antichrist will take care of you, your right, he will.
If you refuse his mark, 666 you will be killed and if you take it God will destroy you. Its your decision, if you will not harden your heart, today is the day of salvation. Make today the day you give your heart to Jesus, don't let a another day slip by and let some one else ask you, What will you be doing, When the world is on fire?
End of part 1.thank you ars. May 04 MoralityMorality; The quality of an action which renders it good; the conformity of an act to the divine law, or to the principles of rectitude. This conformity implies that the act must be performed by a free agent, and from a motive of obedience to the divine will. This is the strict theological and scriptural sense of morality.
Morality cannot be forced on any one, this is contrary to scripture. Mankind has a choice, to live a moral life, or to ignore just, and moral ways, to become just another person in a vast network of unrighteousness. Many hate the Christian lifestyle because we are, (as it is written.) a peculiar people, separated from the lust and pride that envelops this world.
"Morals are subjective to individuals and should be examined and concluded for themselves." This is true, but with each decision come a responsibility to accept its consequences. To Live in Christ or to die in sin, that is our moral choice.
Mankind's idea, and concept, of morality falls very short of that delivered in the gospel. The man being the head of the house is commanded by the Lord to raise up his children in the fear and submission to the Lord, being His creation. A man must know what moral ideas and attributes that his children shall have as they progress into manhood.
For as it is written; “But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God.” also; “(For if a man know not how to rule his own house, how shall he take care of the church of God?)”
Moral judgments are not the result of being born, but are learned. A man that does not teach what morality is to his family is guilty of withholding vital information. The choice that children make in life are a result of these teachings. Lets take an example; A man doesn't tell a child that stealing to wrong and that child becomes a thief, another, a man doesn't tell a child that homosexuality is an abomination to God, and will never be acceptable to their own family. Are these things a teaching of morals, or just opinions?
A mans responsibility to his household; “And ye shall teach them your children, speaking of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, when thou liest down, and when thou risest up.” Morality in scripture is mentioned by the words;”Wisdom and Knowledge.” “The living, the living, he shall praise thee, as I do this day: the father to the children shall make known thy truth.”
Let us read the responsibility of truth and morality; “Hear, ye children, the instruction of a father, and attend to know understanding. For I give you good doctrine, forsake ye not my law. For I was my father's son, tender and only beloved in the sight of my mother. He taught me also, and said unto me, Let thine heart retain my words: keep my commandments, and live. Get wisdom, get understanding: forget it not; neither decline from the words of my mouth. Forsake her not, and she shall preserve thee: love her, and she shall keep thee.
Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding. Exalt her, and she shall promote thee: she shall bring thee to honour, when thou dost embrace her. She shall give to thine head an ornament of grace: a crown of glory shall she deliver to thee.”
Get wisdom, get understanding, these are the tools for choices in morality. Without these, moral choices will cause grief and discord within the home and within the way a man sees the world, and how the world sees the man. “she shall bring thee to honour, when thou dost embrace her.” Moral choices are a two edged sword. On the one hand they will(according to scripture.) bring honour to the man, but on the other hand (Ignoring the laws of Good Doctrine.) will bring about shame and dishonour.
Moral choices by many today in the way they live, has brought about much controversy and hatred to them. Homosexuality and same sex marriage are the two most prominent today. These two moral choices have divided many a nation and peoples. These moral choices are an abomination to God, and are listed as lifestyles that will not enter into the kingdom of Heaven. But these are moral choices. If a man desires to choose to live in these manners, he accepts the consequences for his actions.
The problem lies with, how a man, who adopts children, teaches these children about morality. In the Bible a man that does not know the truth, cannot teach the truth, so therefore, the moral choices taught by these men cannot be considered as truths, but as a choice of immorality.
Can man dictate morality, can man force others to accept moral choices being contrary to what a man believes? The answer is simple, No. The Bible is clear on these things. For as it is written; “Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn.”
Think about these words when making moral choices. Ars. 1Co 11:3 1Ti 3:5 Deu 11:19 Isa 38:19 Pro 4:1-9 Mat 13:30 Webster, TSK. May 03 The Significance of Jesus Christ. The Significance of Jesus Christ.
As the breakaway Presbyterian Churches accept homosexuality as a good life style, they are also considering the Significance of Jesus Christ and His word. As far as prophecy goes, is this significant, or a look into the future of all churches? This is not a message about homosexuality, but rather a study on the end of the righteousness of many churches.
First we must ask ourselves a few questions and find some definitions. 1.What is meant by, "The Significance of Jesus Christ?" 2. Why are many Christians stating that homosexuality is an acceptable lifestyle with God? 3. Where or what is the future for the end days Church?
Significance; Meaning; import; that which is intended to be expressed.
Under this definition, we see that many Christians are directing their thoughts away from the very intent or meaning of the preaching of Jesus Christ. We know that the Bible tells us that each man has an interpretation.
"How is it then, brethren? when ye come together, every one of you hath a psalm, hath a doctrine, hath a tongue, hath a revelation, hath an interpretation. Let all things be done unto edifying." "Even so ye, forasmuch as ye are zealous of spiritual gifts, seek that ye may excel to the edifying of the church."
What is the teaching He intended to be expressed? We know that Jesus and God are one, furthermore, neither can be separated from the other. Since the Bible tells us that The Lord never changes, we know that what God has declared to be sin is also the same thing that Jesus also declares.
When a church member, or the entire church body, becomes involved with, and condones false doctrine, they have backslid on their devotion to God and the truth. And yes, there is such a thing as backsliding, its Biblical.
The Significance of Jesus Christ, was expressed by Him as He taught, Preached, and Commanded miracles. The significants of the saving power of the Cross has not changed, nor diminished. The same teachings and warnings are as true today as they were at the beginning of the beginning. We can see a great falling away from the truth of the Gospel, in doctrine and interpretation. Many look at the teachings of Christ and are saying,"He really didn't' mean all He said about sin." or They express their condonement of their belief in this manner,"The Old Testament doesn't apply to us since Jesus."
The mistake that many make is on who's words are written in the Bible. Many believe man, but man hasn't the knowledge to write such truths, many believe that the Bibles translations are, and have been diluted, and many also believe that the Bible is so full of errors that we can change it to suite our own beliefs. None of these excuses will be accepted by God.
We all have come into the knowledge of sin threw the law. "If I had not come and spoken unto them, they had not had sin: but now they have no cloke for their sin. He that hateth me hateth my Father also." All mankind knew that sin was common among man. They knew what was and was not acceptable with God. Sodom and Gomorrah was an example to man on the wages of sin, along with the flood of Noah. For if God destroyed one generation of man for these sins, would He not be unjust allowing another generation to commit acts that were punishable by death to another?
We must all come to realize that Jesus came not only to deliver to man a new testament, and not only to testify of the truth of Gods word, but to testify that the teachings of the prophets and teachers were also true, for all words came from God. So, if He testified that the Old Testament words were the truth(Making reference to them.) who said that the sins of the Old Testament scriptures are no longer sins? This comes from the misinterpretation of scripture, and the arrogance of man.
"For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen(His power to create.), being understood by the things that are made(man and beast.), even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they(Mankind.) are without excuse: Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,
And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man(Changed His word to suite what man perceived as righteousness.), and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.(Idols.) Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves: ("For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections:") Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen."
We see a disturbing trend within the United States and within the churches. We are not to align ourselves with the works(works of darkness.) that refuse to believe in Jesus Christ as the Son of God, for the Bible states of these people as enemies of the cross. We see in Congress an attempt to install a so called fairness doctrine, that would stifle the preaching of the gospel on national airwaves unless an opposing view is also aired. N.P.R. has, starting on May 1st., curtailed all Christian programing.
Many in government have called Christianity a disrupting and divisive religion. Many others are also calling for the division or even the elimination of the Nation of Israel, for so call peaceful relations with the nations of Islam. Do not the people read the Bible, or have they turned their backs on the truth?
The reason that many churches are condoning homosexuality, along with other abominations is clear, for the members have not been taught the truth by their ministers. For how can a man, being in opposition to Gods word, teach the truth? So we see a removal of many passages from the Bible, which would condemn those that are following such teachings.
We see this here, "Thou therefore which teachest another, teachest thou not thyself? thou that preachest a man should not steal, dost thou steal? Thou that sayest a man should not commit adultery, dost thou commit adultery? thou that abhorrest idols, dost thou commit sacrilege? Thou that makest thy boast of the law, through breaking the law dishonourest thou God?"
Many church leaders today are compromising the truth for large congregations and national recognition as a progressive minister. These so called truths have cut into many unbelievers, not knowing what the truth is, driving them further away from the true church and salvation threw Jesus Christ. These false doctrines are not progress but rather are transgressions.
The future for the end days Church is clearly written. The days will come when they shall endure false doctrine, heeding to fables, and every wind(words or doctrines, contrary to the truth.(fads.))and doctrine.(Man made.) When the church marries the world it stops being a church, when a church condones any sin, their message becomes a lie, when a church changes the word of God they are no longer a messenger of Christ, but of the Devil. ars. 1Co 14:12,& 26.
